Tour Details

Day 01:  Arrive Aurangabad & to Allora caves (100 Kms, 2.3 hrs. drive)
Arrive Aurangabad in the morning, either by flight or train. You will be received at the airport or train station and straight proceed for excursion of Ajanta – (closed on Monday) 
 
These 2nd century caves are fine achievements by Buddhist monks. Beautiful frescoes, wall paintings and vivid sculptures reflect the peak of ancient Indian art and architecture. The horseshoe shaped gorge has 30 caves divided in two phases. In the late afternoon, return to the hotel for check in. Overnight in Aurangabad

Day 02:  Aurangabad – Ellora – Aurangabad (40 Kms, 50-minute drive)
Today morning after breakfast proceed for sightseeing of Ellora Caves (closed on Tuesday) – The World Heritage site, one of the finest examples of rock cut caves, there are 34 caves, Cave 16 is the most famous and has Lord Shiva sculpted on the rocks-the largest monolith in the world. The other popular cave is No.32, a shrine within contains the seated Lord Mahavir, last of the 24 tirthankaras of Jainism. After visiting Ellora Caves, return to the hotel. Overnight in Aurangabad

Day 03: Depart Aurangabad
Today after breakfast checkout from hotel and you will be transferred to airport / railway station for onward Journey.
